coconut oil

Coconut oil or Castor oil

Massage your skin with either coconut oil or castor oil and leave it over night. Continue this every night before bed.

Vitamin E capsules


Apply vitamin E oil on skin at night and massage for few minutes. Leave it for few hours.


Apple cider vinegar and honey

Mix apple cider vinegar and honey together apply this mixture on your skin. Leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse your skin with water. Follow this treatment twice a week.


Apply a layer of Vaseline on your skin massage and leave it all over the night. Do it every day.

Egg white

Egg white

Whip the egg white tenderly and apply on your skin, let it dry then rinse off completely. Do this twice a week.


Scrape and grate the cucumber, extract the juice from it. Clean your face then apply on your skin. Leave it dry then wash off. Repeat the same daily.

Lemon juice

Blend lemon juice and honey equally. Apply it on skin. Leave it for 15 minutes then wash off. Do it twice a week.

Green tea

Brew green tea and add honey to it. Drink 2 or 3 cups every day.

Banana mask

Take a banana and make a puree then apply it on your skin. Leave it for 20 minutes then, rinse well. Do it twice a week.

Tomato mask

Take a tomato and cut it. Dip the tomato in sea salt. Scrub your skin with it for two minutes. Leave it for 5 minutes. Then rinse. Do it twice a week.

Foods to be taken

Take ample fruits and vegetables which are rich in vitamins and minerals. Consume Vitamin A rich food. Take carrots and you can apply the paste of carrots on our skin. Vitamin E keeps your skin firm. Grains and wheat are also good for your skin.
